[ETS2] EL Patron NextGen S&R Highline

Custom interior for the Scania NextGen S&R Highline and works on both SCS and Eugenes truck models.
Interior will include a set of lights and 1 normal steeringwheel and 1 vabis wheel + a matching truck table.
